Hi, I am a 29 year old. I had no back pain prior to my pregnancy. My son is now 15 months old and my pain started in about the 17th week of my pregnancy. I started with sciatic pain in the right side only, then onto the left side, then into my lower back. By week 25 of my pregnancy I ended up I was finding it very difficult to walk. For the last two months of my pregnancy I was in hospital most I couldn’t keep my spine straight. I was sent to physical therapy only. What I should do? I was little stronger from exercise sing, but I am worried about that my spine is permanently damaged.

I am suffering from back pain also. I think that the pain that you have had with your back is not normal. What has helped me is a chiropractor. Laying on my back with a pillow under my knees, sitting with a back pillow for alignment and ice-aid. The exercise that my chiropractor has told me to do for my spine which is laying on the floor and pulling your knees to your chest. My back had felt better than it had for months and I gave up on pain medicine because it didn't help. However, there are times when the ice and chiropractor aren't enough to alleviate the pain; they just make the pain more bearable for me. But I think I saved my spine with this.
