I would like to know if it is possible to have spotting for a little over two weeks?

Yes, I would also like to know about this. My husband And I are trying to get pregnant and it's our first month trying, I have had very lite spotting on and off for 7 days now and I would have normally already had my period but it has not come. The spotting is brownish in color and has an iron smell, just like blood does. I have taken two pregnancy tests in the last 5 days and they are both negative. I exhaust rather quickly in the last few days and I often need a nap, my husband has noticed that I'm more moody but I'm also alittle stressed over the situation. I'm begining to think I should go to my doctor to find out what is wrong, am I over reacting or are my worries justified? Please Help Anybody!!

Okay, Here Is My Update! I had a kinda normal day yesterday until just before bedtime, Had some mild pain in my right side so I went to bed. Woke up this morning to let dogs out for a pee had a pee myself then went back to bed, a few min. later started to get bad Cramping and back pain, with in 10 - 15 min. I had a heavy flow. Looked like a normal period except the way it all happened, and I usually don't have a heavy flow but then again my whole cycle was WAY out of wack. Just thought I would update you all.

Hi everyone! I am new to this. I have been trolling the internet trying to find some info on my symptoms since stopping cilest on the 18th of June 2009. My period came as normal on the 21st June and my last pill was on the 18th June but 2 weeks after stopping the pill on the 6th July 2009 i started spotting and to this day still (19th July) im really worried as i have been ttc and my period was ment to start yesterday (18th july) but no sign as yet. I have done the first response PT but a BFN so anyone with some info to put me out my missery would be great.

I stopped my pill June 22nd 2009, My period started June 26th and Ended June 31st. After unprotected sex on the 6th or 7th I had cramping almost like period cramps which then led into spotting on the 10th/11th. Since then I have had a few other symptoms including clear mucous discharge with a thicker consistency, head aches, some faintness and dizziness, just a feeling of being bloated and cramping. The discharge seems to have lightened up and is almost gone as well as some of the other symptoms, but the bloating and cramps are still around.... So you are not alone, and I'm happy to know I'm not either. Although my period isn't due until around the 25th or so I still have no idea what is going on and am trying to figure out if it is just from going off BC or am I actually pregnant. I have written a topic about it and had a response saying it sounds like I just may be pregnant, but I will have to wait and see. Your levels could be too low still to read on a HPT. I would wait a little longer and take another and if it is still neg and no period maybe a blood test would better detect it. Anyways if you find out anything I would like to hear the outcome of your situation. I wish you good luck and hope its a positive result. =)

Hi there, Sounds like i'm not to alone :-D . Well im just 1 day late have had cramps back ach all other symptoms around 12 days after O and tonight felt as though Period is coming but had that last week to so im sooo confused 8-| but the only worry is that i have been spotting Brown discharge for 2weeks going into my 3rd wk tomorrow. Sometimes its very little i have to wipe other times its more watery so hopefully someone knows whats going on... As i have had 3 kids and never had this happen. I would like 1 more before i get to old as im 32 now and my oldest is 14 then 10 then 8 so here's hoping! :-D

Hm, well I hope you are pregnant that would be a great little addition to your clan :-D. If I am pregnant this will be our first, I'm 21. I'm all graduated college and have a career started and hes had his career going for 5 years or so, so its not like its terrible timing.

Well, everyones Diffrent but I just went through almost the same thing only I had been spotting for 10 days total before I got my period so very abruptly. Looking back and re- evaluating my situation I was under stress over being pregnant or not and stressed about work. This along with hormons seems to be the reason for my being late.
Have you taken A HPT yet? Are you stressing about work, family, money Or being pregnant? All of these stresses can cause you to spot for a while before your period comes. I would say get bloodwork done or if you want to keepit more private the a HPT to check if you are pregnant, If the result is negative then you need to relax lady and let your period come so you can get back to ovulation. If you are pregnant then you need to get to your doctor soon to find out about this bleeding! Hope this helps and good luck getting pregnant. We all love those little bundles of Joy Don't we. :D

Hi there, Yes i have taken 2 first response HPT that was 5 days before my period.... both BFN :-( Not stressing over anything so i cant blame it on stress...Just want an anwser OR my period to hurry the hell up and come. :-D .

Took a hpt yesterday even though my period isn't due until Sunday the 25th. And it was a BFN so I'm assuming I'm not pregnant, I'd assume there would be enough hormones by now.

6 Days late, went to the docs today and did a urine test there and it was neg so we did a blood test. Get results Tuesday... No symptoms as of recently, almost positive I'm not pregnant but better be sure so I can go back on birth control.
