I realize there is another post similar to this but I'm having something slightly different so wanted more opinions.

I've always been overall healthy; a few cysts on my ovaries but my first pregnancy cleared those up and they haven't yet returned (it's been 8 years now).

I completely missed my period in April and finally got it on May 2nd. It was normal flow, normal days, normal cramping, normal all the way around.

Then this morning (May 20th) I noticed some brownish/red spotting, but only when I wipe. No pain, cramps, headaches, bloating....nothing. I feel fine. Just have an occasional spotting.

Could it possibly be a second period for May? I took several HPT's last month, all with negative results (undoubtedly negative). Is it possible I got pregnant last month about the same time I released another egg and one got fertilized but one didn't? Should I be concerned?

If you had negative pregnancy tests from last month and then got your period then it is very unlikely that you are pregnant. It is possible that you are ovulating, some women notice a bit of spotting around this time. You could also be getting your period a bit early.
