Hi, I'm 18 years old and I have been having unprotected sex and my last period ended on the 2nd of this month. Today I started spotting and after I urinated and wiped it went away. I usually never spot before my period its usually a full flow. Also today I had diahrrea and cramps and have been feeling really nauseous. What could this be?
