There are only three possibilities, and given the intensity of the request for help, perhaps I can best help you by the following:

The one overriding concern and priority here or anywhere in your life is your well being, so if you are stressed and afraid, then I appreciate that simply telling you not to be stressed and afraid isn't going to help. However, regardless of your current situation, which I will get to in a moment, the simple truth is that you are more than capable of handling whichever of these scenarios applies, if you will focus on handling it and what you can do, rather than on the fears of what it might mean.

The three scenarios are:
1. you are not pregnant, have no medical condition, and are worried about nothing

If so, you might wonder why you had the many symptoms you had, and why people would notice, and that can be an interesting something to ponder, when you're bored doing whatever else you do in life.

2. you are not pregnant, but have a medical condition

If the symptoms exist and persist, and your period continues to be delayed, but further tests continue to rule out pregnancy, it is a legitimate question to ask a doctor or clinic when that should be considered abnormal, if ever, and whether or not it might be a sign of a medical condition. Take charge of your body and its maintenance, it's a complex system and if you want it to work right, you need to learn about it, just as your partner may learn about his car, boat, or whatever he cares about.

3. you are pregnant, hopefully without any complicating medical condition (else see 2)

You've certainly described a very plausible onset of pregnancy, if the similarity to other women's experience is any guide, so it is worth pointing out that tests are just that, tests: they can fail, just as you can. The only legitimate truth is whether in a few months time scans show a developing embryo.

Before that time, and during the period where you would have the right or option to terminate, if you chose, one would hope that the tests will start to show accurate results, if indeed you are already pregnant.

It is possible for the body to become confused, for a pregnancy to terminate itself (miscarry) so early as to be barely noticeable, there are in other words variations on a theme between definitely not pregnant, and definitely and healthily pregnant, and unless you can find a doctor with a long white beard and GOD on his uniform, they can only observe, advise and guide.

If you want to know for certain, you will have to wait, but in the meantime you can use that waiting time to good effect not by worrying, but by asking - asking yourself what you would do, how would you take action if it is medical, if it is pregnancy, if it is nothing.

It's your life, and the strength you are learning nowwill stand you in good stead for the future.

Good luck.
