Stomach aches, Headache, Dizziness, Feels like throwing up, Bloated

Hey I have had the same problems for the past days and I haven't had sex but I can't sleep, feel like throwing up but nothing comes out and I get super bad stomache pains and I don't know what it is,My mom gives me Advil but it's not working.Please help!!!

I am 14, I have been getting heart problems lately... Like pain, shortness of breath when I am laying down and about to go to sleep. But today was just horrible. Instead of the heart problems I had heaches, almost Fainted today about 5 times. Extreme stomach pain and dizziness. I feel this vibration in my stomach. I am not pregnant because I have never had sex before and I still have my periods normally. But can anyone tell me what's wrong with me. My doctor is stupid and keeps telling me I am fine! I am switching doctors on wensday. But tell then can someone please tell me what's wrong with me.

I'm 14yrs old every time I get up I feel so dizzy .and I feel like vomiting somtimes I do .I'm not pregent cuz I'm a V .and then when I feel dizzy everything turns black for seconds I have fainted a couple of 10times help?

Ok so this has been happening to me for a wile but it all started after I started eating healthy and I joined a sports team I try to avoid candy at all cost and I ate a few pieces tonight and I feel like poo can someone please tell is what is going on

The same thing happened with me I went to the doctor...the first thing is they said I might not be drinking enough water and so they told me to drink 4 Gatorades a day, one in the morning one at lunch and two at dinner they all have to be 20 oz that's all I know so far, but they said if it doesn't go away I have to get my blood drawn and they can see what's wrong with me they said they think it's my thyroid, something in your neck..I'll comment back when I find out though
