I'm 63 years old and I know that I'm not pregnant, but I feel the same thing, I know that I have a fibroid tumor but the doctor said that it would probably disappear during menopause. I read that the tumors can move around.

I had a full hysterectomy August of 2014 (1 1/4 year ago) and had the same thing! I have read though that it might have something to do neurologically or Abdominal adhesions "which is basically an overgrowth of scar tissue that may attach your organs to each other and move things around." Could be our answer...much more research needed however. I see this was over a year ago, so I hope you're doing alright! My surgery is fairly new, so I guess I will have it for a while x.x

Hi, I had a partial hysterectomy in October 2016. I am now 45 years old. I'm getting the same feelings in my stomach to this date/day, I told my doc and she said that it is my stomach looking for a place to settle because my fibroid was big, it is very uncomfortable, hope that help

Hi, I'm 25 years old and I recently had abdominal surgery (3 months ago) to remove a volley ball sized cyst on my right ovary, as well as my right ovary and tube. I have been having this same sensation of fluttering/ or twitching in the middle of my lower abdomen, on and off all day for the past couple days. I do not have any children, but my incision would be the same as a c-section. I'm planning on contacting my OB, will keep you posted if I get any answers.

You still can become pregnant with a tubal. I had two miscarriages due to having a tubal. Had my surgery in 06, became pregnant in 2012 and 2014.

I've read some other "bloggers" on other websites note similar symptoms and a good number of them having vitamin/mineral deficiencies mainly Vitamin D, calcium and magnesium. Since then I noticed that doctors/nurses are underestimating the significance of these vitamins and the range of symptoms. The acceptable ranges for normal serum levels vary a bit. Hope this info helps and that your symptoms resolve soon.

Been a while since any replies, but the spasms are with me too 5 months after. My tummy separation and loss of abdominal function was bad but I didn't have a c section. I'm not a doctor but it can be a sign of muscle healing and strengthening. I'm doing proper exercises to help now so it's only started after i started following my physio.

Hi! Thought I would add..I had a c-section 3 years ago. I’ve been having spasms as well at the scar site. It’s most likely nerves firing. The nerves were severed and are severed in a C-section. Any injury where there’s nerve damage, will likely have spasms or popping like it’s trying to make connections inside there. Cool stuff!
