I recently stopped taking my birth control (Sprintec) mid-pack. Four days after the day of the last pill I took my period came. It behaved like a normal period. Once my period stopped I felt like I was ovulating but the ovulation symptoms still continued days after my ovulation would have normally been over and are still occurring.

Symptoms include:
mild abdominal cramps
lower back pain
slight side pain (left side)

My breasts are not tender. My discharge has not changed. My appetite is still the same. Could these symptoms be occurring because I stopped my birth control? Or could I be pregnant?

(Note: Prior to my period occurring I was having sex and I also ovulated.)

Hey I would say yes. Since you did come off the pill and then started your period and you said you had unprotected sex then yes you could be pregnant. So what days were you ovulating? and when was you last period? go by that and then next month you can test 4 to 5 days before but some people like to wait till the day of there next period to test or the day before.
