I can not believe how bad I have felt since I stopped smoking,I had no idea I was going to feel like this. After reading the post it makes me feel much better at least knowing I'm not alone. I also stopped taking zoloft after 15 years and estrogen after 5 years, am I putting myself to much at one time, I have sinus infections, ringing ears, hot flashes, nerves are terrible. Tired all the time, ups and downs. I feel like I'm loosing my mind sometimes. Oh and I stopped drinking beer every weekend. Help.

That seems like a lot to put your body through at one time.

Yea! thats kinda what I was thinking. Really always done that to myselft, like I supposed to be wonder women or something, don't really have the need to smoke, that's pretty well over, but the side effects of the withdrawl is really kicking my butt, should I start the zoloft back, I can't take the estrogen because it gives me kidney stones, I've had 5 in the past 5 years, along with 5 lithotripsies, been through alot in the past 5 years, was diagnosed with copd Moderate. That's what made me try to change things. Oh and plus I'm a construction painter. Maybe I should get a beer. LOL

Yea I'd go back on the zoloft at least it will help you in a constructive way. I just recently quit smoking to and I know each time you start back up it gets harder to quit.
