I think this might be related to being slightly dehydrated. Please drink some water and make sure your sodium, potassium, magnesium are all sufficient. I am working on this solution right now!

Hi I'm not sure if this forum is active anymore but I have similar symptoms. It started only 2 days ago and I'm really worried. I feel tingling in my clitoris too and I have to pee really frequently as well which keeps me up at night. I'm not sure if it's a UTI as I haven't had it before but I've had sex but not recent. Please help

I've been having this exact tingly sensation/pain for a week and a half already. I went in to see my gyno and he ruled out any stds/diseases/UTI. I did start getting the pain after I masturbated with a vibrator...which I wish I didn't do because I'm scared that this could be nerve damage or something more serious...I also did not test positive for a uti so it isn't that easy to treat.

I've noticed a lot of women on here are mentioning the pain occurring after the use of a vibrator..which is same to my situation. Could anyone that experience this after masturbation please help me figure out what this could be, and why I have been having it for almost two weeks? I'm freaking out.

I get the tingly pain from an orgasm that i had last week with a vibrator too..but I noticed it isn't going away this time, it's been two weeks. How long does your pain last? Could it be a damanged nerve or a sore nerve? I can't tell but the feeling isn't going away. :(

I’ve had it since November 2017. But with me it becomes painful and it feels like someone is arousing me. It won’t stop. Talked to my drs. They don’t know wtf I’m talking about. They think I’m crazy. Not sure if it’s the same thing but look up PGAD or PSAD. If those are your symptoms then it may be that. If not. It’s probably a uti undetected.

What's PGAD? I'm sort of scared to research it. I'm so sorry that you are uncomfortable and in pain too. I wish this would disappear. I was hoping it was..but it's been a couple weeks now and it's not. So I'm afraid this feeling is here to stay. I was perscribed gabapentin by my doctor.

You may have Restless Genital Syndrome

The weird sensations consist of tingling, itching-like and wave-like sensations, small shocks or cramps in or around the clitoris and vagina. Women usually experience a close to orgasm sensation as if they are on the verge on getting an orgasm. These feelings do not cease like in a genuine orgasm but lead to an imperative urge to masturbate or to have intercourse in an attempt to get rid of these feelings. While having these sensations, women do not long for or fantasize about sex.

Masturbation or intercourse do not lead to a diminishment of the genital sensations, but, usually, aggravate the sensations.

The sensations are usually present the whole day, aggravate with sitting down and are often accompanied by restless legs (restless legs syndrome; RLS) and a frequent urge to void (overactive bladder syndrome; OAB).

I have felt the same tingly/arousal feeling that is very uncomfortable as well.. I got this feeling about 4 days ago after my menstrual cycle and I tried hot baths at first to soothe the feeling, however it was only temporary relief. I then bought some tea tree oil and put a small amount on my clitoris in the shower to calm my nerves and smoked a joint to relax my muscles and went to sleep. I woke up today and felt relief ever since. I feel as though mine is associated with my anxiety, which is why I thought to use tea tree oil and marijuana, although some people may become more paranoid due to smoking.

I've been feeling this tingling (like what you feel when you finish masturbating) sensation on my clitoris for the past couple of days. This started 2 nights back when I finished masturbating and has been there since. I constantly feel like peeing. I've been drinking water a lot since yesterday. Can anyone please help me?
