Hello there. I am a 17 year old male, and I was coming out of a shower about a month and a bit ago, and I was doing a regular monthly testicular exam, when I noticed a strange bump on the lower left side of my scrotum (it is actually on the skin, not on my testicle). It is a mainly flesh colored, but there appears to be a little bit of red (more of a darker skin tone than anything), and it about the size of a small BB. It has been changing size over the past month, most notably the past few weeks (it has been getting bigger, but not by very much). It does not hurt or itch or anything like that; it's just kind of there.

Is this anything that could be hazardous to my health? Is it a cyst, perhaps? Please, I really want to figure out what this is and whether or not it is bad.
