Hi I have had these small flesh colored bump on my entire scrotum and penis.. when squeezed a white somewhat waxy substance come out. I'm just wondering wwhat this is and what caused it because they've been there for as long as I can remember even before intercourse. Is there a cure for this? Thanks for your help
