I am gonna get straight to point-
When I go to washroom to clear my thought, and I spit, I see blood with some mucous. Sometimes its thick, sometimes not, sometimes dark, sometimes not, sometimes in low quantity while sometimes in high. I have spitted from 8 to 9 times now. It started in afternoon around 12(today). Before that also I spitted, but it was normal, yellow first, then green. Yesterday it was transparent. I am having a headache with a cold. Doc said it is viral on Monday(Day before day before yesterday), he handed me 10 Medicines(8 Tablets, and 2 capsules). Dosage was- 4 the time I met doc(Near about 13:00 hrs)(all were different), 3 in the afternoon(all different), 3 at night(all different). Well, It was 15:00 hrs when I got home and I delayed the night medicine to the next morning. I am thinking that its because of heat released from those all medicines. Don't know the real reason. Will go to hospital in a few minutes.
I still have headache, and some cold. I am 16, I don't smoke or drink. Was surprised to see so many answers, but at last, I found that no-one knows the real cause.....As far as I know till now, by going to several forums, if its not a severe problem, then it must be either Sinopharyngitis(stated by a member in this thread only) or Acute Branchiotis.
I am really scared about this..... But I have found a similarity. In most cases, headache was either there or was cured 2 or 3 days back only.
In my case it was cured and it got back.

a number of people including myself has experience blood in mucus while taking Chantix, once the use of it is done, so will the blood...of course this is 'small amount of blood', nothing major.
