Hi, I am going right to the point. I feel the pain in my left leg every time I stretch. I am a runner and I am afraid it can reduce my speed. I am not a professional athlete but I like to compete from time to time. What is the best thing for me to do?

Well, the best thing and first thing you should do is to go to your doctor. Let him do some analyses. Then you will be sure. I know you think that it is not so urgent to visit doctor, but the small injury can very quickly become a large one. And then the healing process is longer and you have to stop training.
