There are a lot of ways to stretch your body and muscles. I know that because I am an active athlete. The most important thing in training is to warm-up and stretch. It prevents injuries, the worst nightmare of every sportsman. Now I have heard about Pilates stretching. What kind of stretching it is?

I've been practicing yoga for quite sometime now. Based on readings, I've noticed that pilates stretches and exercise are a bit similar with yoga.
