I'm a 16 year old female and I go to the weight room after school 3 times a week to keep in shape.

Today while I was in the weight room I started sweating really badly all of the sudden [a lot more than I usually do] and I got a really bad headache.

I was dizzy when I would try to stay standing or do any more reps and I had to sit down and call it quits for the day.

Does anyone know what may have been going on?
I could possibly just be worrying too much, but I am a tad concerned.

You might have had a transient episode of low blood pressure, possibly from lack of proper hydration or attempting more strenuous activity than normal. However, just to be safe, I would check in with your doctor and let him know.
