I'm 35 years old, yesterday in the morning I got a steriod shot for the 1st time, to help me with this bronquitis and alllergies, but later the afternoon , one hour after taking my new antibiotics I had this sudden pain in my right chest ( not breast) and went down all the way to my right arm as well for 5 minutes o so. and that was it .

Jesus, that's a sign of a heart problem or a heart attack. You should have immediately sought medical help.
It has subsided now, but you still should get checked out... perhaps not in the ER, but by a medical clinic who will monitor your heart.

Hello there somebody,
I have noticed that you have written this post one year ago and I am very curios what has happened afterwards? Was your heart in danger, or that was just bad reaction to the medications that you have took. My sister is struggling with allergies and after reading what you have wrote I am afraid that something similar could happen to her as well.
I was reading a lot about bad reactions to the allergy medications, mostly because the doctors are just guessing when it comes to this area of medicine.
