Hi just like a little advise I have a ciyst it's 18cm wide and 22cm long im having major survey next month and I no I have to have my tube and overy on one side removed it has gone up towards my stomach and has pushed it high. My kidney has been affected as it's blocked and im worried after my surgery I'm going to be left with a really large scar and I won't be able to have kids as I have tried fir two years now and never had anything. I have put on a lot of weight and my belly overhangs will that get worst? Will they remove exacted skin of fat. I'm really worried I get depressed already this is just going to make me worst.

Having one tube and ovary removed will not make you infertile.  You can still have children of your own.

I can't predict your weight, gain or loss.  The surgery likely won't affect your metabolism.  They don't usually remove extra fat during the surgery.

Talk to your doctor about all these questions.  They are your best resource.
