 I have endometriosis since my period started and the pain has gotten progressively worse over the years. I am a few weeks from my 35th birthday and not in a relationship. I have had 3 laparoscopic surgeries due to the endometriosis and last march had my appendix removed and discovered that my right tube is severely infected and the endometriosis has also taken over the tube. The pain has been horrific and I have had a colonoscopy also as I have bleedin.

My deli a is that the infections keep comingback regardless of the antibiotias I have take .  My obgym has recommended to remove the tube as they are afraid that the infection and endo will spread and affect my other tube.  My doctor has to.d methat this may bring on menopause andto think about it.  I really want kids at some stagedebut unfortunately am not in position to to have them but my doc saya that if I have one now it will put the endo into remission and if I wait I may lose the opportunity to conceive as it may spread.  

Has anyone been in this situation, I really need advise as the pain is getting worse and I don't think I can continue to deal with it being so bad but would also be devastated if I ignored things and left it too late to have kids.

They asked me to consider a donorsolos something that scares me so please anyand ie would really help!
