I have trouble swallowing pills. They get stuck in my throat and then a lot of mucous forms and my throat/and or esophogus hurt. I keep spitting up mucous after that for quite awhile. I chew the ones that I can. Capsules are a little better and small oval shaped ones are a little better. I am 86 and it is just in the last 7 or 8 years that this happens. Does anyone have suggestions. Thanks.
