Few minutes ago, I felt pain my stomach that made me got up and walked to the bathroom.
I did what I had to do and went back to my room. After few seconds of lying in bed, I went back to the toilet for the second time
and did it again, I was sweating, had shortness of breathing, feeling I'm going to pass out soon made me act fast on what I was doing.
Walked back to room, but felt lightheaded and blacked out at the kitchen tiles. A few seconds of lying there, I got up and walked straight to my room.
I felt cold and wanting to make the pain go away, I asked my assistant to give me Loperamide to stop the diarrhea that I was having.

I'm 26 years old and I have never experience this at the past. 2 days ago I was having a problem with sleeping until today, then this happened.
I googled with my symptoms and the results we're off: Peptic Ulcer, Anorexia, Bulimia and IBS
I hope someone can tell me what had I experience since I have no idea what this is. And I dont want to ask my doctor since it was the first time it happened.

You know, you say you don't wan't to see a doctor because this is the first time this has happened to you, but you googled yourself a list of so serious chronic disorders that I can't quite understand your reaction towards seeing a doctor. Did Loperamide help? This sounds to me like acute diarrhea, like the one caused by food or stomach infection, like flu. What did you ate before this happened? If this goes on, with fainting or blood starts to appear in your stool, see the doctor immediately, it could be food poisoning or some bacterial infection.

Yes, it did stop the diarrhea, and the stomach ache i felt. i asked my doctor, but she said that i could be stressing over something. hmm, i ate pork for lunch, then ate fish for dinner. so, by dawn, i was suppose to be sleeping, but weren't since i was having diarrhea and tummy ache.

How are things today? If it was a reaction to food (pork and fish definitely can cause problems, but those conditions do take more time to develop), there would be nausea and vomiting, too. However, I am worried about you passing out - even if diarrhea stopped you have to make absolutely sure you don't get dehydrated - there are special re-hydration products that are safer in this situation than water.
