This happened on Thursday night after I had sex with my girlfriend, but this time was different, usually my foreskin never retracts fully over the head because it's always been tight but this time it went all the way over whilst we were having sex it went all the way. After it I noticed that the foreskin was inflated slightly and wouldn't go back over so I left it thinking it'd fix itself in a day or two. Well it's been 4 almost 5 days now and I haven't noticed a massive change and it hurts like hell when I get an erection :/ There's also like an inflated bubble at the top end causing the head to bend which I think is what's causing the pain when I get an erection.
What can I do to reduce this swelling?

i have the same thing i dont know how to get it to go away, im hoping i dont have paraphimosis, the only difference is im 14, it wasnt my girlfriend it was just me and a friend fooling around and she got a little rough, i didnt think much of it so i left it and then i noticed i had a swollen bubble type thing going right around the head like a donut. the only time im in pain is when i have an erection. if u have any further details on how to get rid of it please tell me :(
