its because of the high heat from friction, just go to the bathroom, get cold water and wash it...make sure you keep yourselves clean, remember to let dry, dont rub just pad. Within 15 minutes you will already notice a decrease in swelling. Just lay off the hard abuse for a couple of days, what has happened is you have a slight slit(s) on your foreskin and its becoming very irratiated. Slits can be again from hard abuse or it becoming dry, nothing to worry about. Again number one thing is to always keep everything clean!!!!

Dont worry i get allergic reactions to heat and i got exactly the same thing i rang up the hospital and they siad to keep it cool and take an antihistamine, and later on it went all droopy and flopply because it was stretched, it took about 18 hours for all of the swelling to go down and the foreskin to postistion its self back to normal. just make sure that it is where it should be if its behind the head then seek medical attention. and in future when your masturbating next use a lubricant.

I had my penis (circumsized) swell on me twice during high school.

I just got the same thing today in the morning!!! I was having phone sex with my gf because she is out of state for a couple of days...i masterbated 3 times! I think i over did it because a few minutes later when i went to go pee....there it was...my foreskin was swollen!!! Omg i got so scared so i went online.
