Hello. I know this is a pretty old thread, but I have a similar issue:
A day ago, I masturbated excessively (3-4 times). I mention that in the week preceding this, I didn't, almost at all, so it was somehow all of a sudden.
The problem is that my penis foreskin got swollen after this. I didn't have any other symptoms... no pain, just a little itching at some point (but very little). Also, urinating and erection function normally and I can pull the foreskin back and forth; although, when pulling it back, it's not 100% how it should be, because of the swelling.
I am not circumcised and I never had this type of issues, even with excessive sex or masturbation. I didn't have any unprotected sex recently. I can also mention that yesterday, when it happened, I was pretty tired (no sleep the night before), didn't eat too much and also have a cold/flu - all these small issues might have added up.
It's better now, after after 1 day, the swelling decreased but is not completely gone.
Will it heal by itself? can there be any long-term or permanent consequences? can it be something that requires medical consultation? (I know that paraphimosis has similar characteristics; also, read about some cases of necrosis/cangrene - God forbid).
Thank you.

I now know why it’s actually called ballooning: when you’re near cuming, your glans actually inflates like a balloon and your erection looks slightly bigger. With the stimulation of non-trigger areas, you maintain that near-orgasm state for an extended period of time. Very interesting and very enjoyable. Can be related to overstimulation of the penis for long periods of time.
