I looked in the mirror and noticed the inner lips-labia's are VERY swollen and red.... Idk what it is or what to do???

Hey I'm the same I'm 16 and not sexualy active but I was fingered a couple of days ago by my bf and sence then my flaps are swollen very red and incredably itchy like no joke I have to get out of class to go to the bathroom just to itch but itching seems to worsen it so I'm tryna stop I'm using a cream my mum got me helping a bit but not a lot my flaps are very dry and wrinkled too my mum thinks it is thrush
