hi 2 months ago i found a small lump at the back of my head. it is small and it is at the middle of my head at the back

it has not grown does not hurt no other symptoms it is hard

i am scared it may be lymphoma i am 16 years old

i am not sure if there is occipital nodes were my lump is that is why i am asking this
