Hi, i am 16 yrs old. i have some pubic hair, and little arm pit hair. i have only a 1/2 in penis when soft, but a 5 inch penis when hard. i am wondering what stage of puberty am i in, and if i am what stage? or even if i am at all. what could i do to speed up the process? Plz help i am in desperate need of it.

It's hard to say exactly what stage you are. To calculate it, you actually use a device called an orchimeter and measure the testicles.
But, you're probably around stage 3-4.
You are developing normally. Your penis is average sized for an ADULT male. Don't compare yourself to others as everyone develops at different rates/times.
