Several times last year when I started my period my lymph nodes were swollen and was very tender and sore in my groin. My left side under my buttocks is slightly swollen or feels like it and is bothering me. It is very uncomfortable and at times painful. Constant pressure like a cramping pulling and tingle I don't know if it may be sciatic or not
