I just have recently noticed small bumps on my testical. They are rather small, smaller then a pea. They are smooth, but cause no discomfort or anything. What are these and should I see my doctor?

I have had the same problem since I was in my teens more than 20 years ago. Doctors never seem to be concern about it. They tell me it is fairly common. Although they are always a little surprised to see that I have so many. One doctor told me that they can be removed but insurance won't cover it.
