I’m 14. I can pull back my foreskin when it’s flaccid and erect but there’s a twist. The foreskin comes back over the glans and returns to its normal position. How do I solve this? It’s really bugging me.

EDIT I can only pull back my foreskin sometimes and mostly can only do it in the shower. Is this a possible reason why?

Your foreskin returning to normal and covering your glans is what it is supposed to do.
There is no need to anything it's great you can already retract your foreskin and keep yourself clean.
The warm water in the shower does make retracting your foreskin easier not being able to retract it all the time just means your foreskin is still a bit tight.
If you keep retracting it and hold it back for a little while when your in the shower and at other times that will help stretch your foreskin.
Just don't force your foreskin back it takes awhile to stretch it.
