Hello!

I am a 17 year old and I am uncut. Recently, I've started to get more into sexual activity (masturbation for a long time, but never really retracted the foreskin).

I started toying with retracting the foreskin about a year ago but I never truly liked it because I can only do it when I'm flaccid and the glans are too sensitive (I can tap 90% of the head, but the "ring" at the bottom is too sensitive. I cannot rub any area of it, though).

Last Spring (2017) I got intimate and received a blowjob, it hurt at first (I was able to not show any feeling of pain) but then I felt nothing. After about 6 minutes I still hadn't came (which was odd because it doesn't take too long during masturbation if I try hard enough) ((this is really awkward even anonymously)). In order to seem normal I had pulled the foreskin back while I was flaccid before getting intimate.

I'm really scared to approach my doctor about this because I have read about the surgery and how painful it is in remission, but I have too much foreskin to keep it (I'm 7 1/2 inches erect and the foreskin completely covers it, but you can see the head if looking at it 3rd person).

What should I do? I am lost and have pondered this for so long.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I have set up my email with this thread so I can read and answer questions ASAP.

Hi, since you had the oral sex are you now able to retract your foreskin when your erect as I take it you must of had an erection while it was happening and do you still feel the area sensitive to touch with your foreskin back?

The reason you took so long to ejaculate I'd probably because it was a new feeling an the sensitivity was causing the delay as your use to masturbating with your foreskin over.

You say you wanted it to look normal so you pulled your foreskin back while you was flaccid but having the foreskin back isn't natural that is the look of circumcision natural is the foreskin over, be proud you have a foreskin as a lot of guys that were circumsised as babies and a young boy would love to be like you.

Hi,

I've always been able to pull the foreskin back while erect but it is very tight and hard to do.

Yes, the glans are still sensitive but there is also too much foreskin, when fully erect with the foreskin pulled back so the glans are visible, the foreskin bunches up and makes a sort-of ring right before the bottom of the glans. From viewing other penises that are uncut, when erect the foreskin should be showing the glans without intervention or this "bunching up."

Thank you for your response.

The foreskin comes in many different lengths some retract fully when erect on there own while others completely cover the glands still an when pull bunch up like you say, there is no standard for how long or short a foreskin should be. Just like girls worry how there vulva and labia look because what they see on others is different so do guys worry about how there penis and foreskin looks as everyone else's looks different, a reason why others seem different is because you see there's from a different perspective to how you see your own.

It sound like you have no need to be worried about having to be circumsised if you have always been able to pull your foreskin back all you need to do is just stretch the opening so it retracts easy, you can do this several ways.

Method one, when your erect clench your butt /pelvic floor muscles that will force blood into the glands of your penis making them swell and harden, holding the clench pull your foreskin back as far as you can without causing pain so it stretches and hold for 30 to 60 seconds repeat 10 times two or three times a day.
Method two, using both little fingers place them in the opening of the foreskin and pull apart to stretch the opening, best done when flaccid hold and repeat as before.
Method three, using two metal spoon handles lubricate and insert between the foreskin and glands one either side then gently pull them apart so they stretch the opening, hold and repeat as before. Another thing that will help is to message some baby oil into your foreskin twice a day that say it will keep it supple and stop it drying out and cracking.
After about a month you should notice it is easier to retract and not so tight, I'm also an uncut male that had the same problems as you around that age with a tight long foreskin but now when erect I can slide my foreskin back with just one finger right back down the shaft so it looks circumsised if I hold my finger on it so the stretching methods do work just up to you what one you try.

To help reduce the sensitivity just try keeping your foreskin pulled back all the time either during the day or if that's to uncomfortable keep it back at night while you sleep.

Hope this helps you and if you have any questions feel free to ask and I'll try to answer them.

How long should I leave the elastrator band on? And should I do it while flaccid or semi erect? From what I've heard 2 hours is a good stopping point to avoid permanent loss of sensitivity.
