Hi. I am a guy 21 years old, and I am very tidy concerning mouth hygiene. I brush my teeth very regularly – three times a day, and I never miss one. Lately, I notice a strange thing. My gums have started to thicken, and this is very strange to me. Is this normal? Should I go and see my dentist?

No, except your regular checkup you don't need to go to the dentist. The reason your gums are beginning to thicken is because of your good mouth hygiene. Thick gums mean that your gums are healthy. You just keep your good hygiene, and everything will be just great. Best of luck.
