throbbing pain preassure and pulsating for a few seconds throughout top half of body???

CT scan and I had surgery for it. No pain leading to didcovery.

Hey I have the exact same thing starts right after I sit down or lay down after moving around. It will start pulsating in my kidney area moving up into my back into my shoulders neck and finally head with each heartbeat I have this throbbing pain like something is gonna burst. Did you find out anything?????
