I am taking wellburtin for depression but am having bad side effects. I would like to take L-thyrosine for my depression. I have had my thyroid removed and take synthyroid. Will L-thyrosine affect my thyroid levels even if I don't have a thyroid? %-)

I believe that this is question you will have to ask your doctor since there is highly unlikely that someone online has exactly the same symptoms as you do and that is using absolutely the same medications.
Since you are having bad side effects from wellburtin you should tell this to your doctor and see what he thinks about switching your medications. He will be familiar that you have removed thyroid and that you are using synthyroid so he will be able to suggest you the best possible solution.
How are you handling your depression? I suffer from the same condition and I am still hoping that I will manage to cope with this modern lifestyle someday.
