Hi I have been experiencing tingling in fingers on left hand and numbness in wrist and elbow.Not so bad when I am in bed.No other symptoms.

It could be at least a couple of things - carpal tunnel (pinched nerve at wrist typically) or it actually could be coming from a pinched nerve in your neck. Is it in all of your fingers?
