Twice i had this tingling sensation feels like my head and skin is on fire from the inside, it started from the top of my head to my face and slowly stated going down towards my back and chest i thought i was having a heat rash i kept looking at my face to see if there was rashes but there was none did anyone have the same thing going on. let me know
