I used to be very energetic and never tired. I go to bed between 8-9 o'clock. I wake up at 7-9 o'clock. I'm ALWAYS tired. I can never run for more then 1 minute, and im starting to become overweight. I eat right, but I don't normally do your 60 minutes a day routine. I'm 4"7 (I am 11 years old) and im weighing 90-100 pounds now. I always feel sluggish and this feeling has been since i was 9.
