Hi, is there someone that can help me telling me how to quit snorting meth, I started for loosing weight and I really is for that I never stay up at night I just do it in the morning, I do not consume more than a line and a half, but when I don't do this I start feeling my head like something is missing or empty, then I do it and I feel great, I know how to deal with pain in my bones, but my head is what doesn't let me this feeling of empty space, I can't take it, at night I sleep very good. Somebody can tell me what to take instead for rehabilitation, I really need it. Pleaseeee I NEED TO QUIT! 8-| Thanks!!!!!!

I know how blank you can feel after speed stops working but this is something you need to sleep over or feel blue until it goes away. Just by taking it again and again in order not to feel blank is what will cause an addiction and you will be lost in this circle of feeling great and opf feeling stupis if not taking it. You need to cut the circle. Sleep it over, feel like sh*t but don't take it. Speed affects dopamine neurotransmitter in the brain. When the levels are high, you feel so great but when the drug wears off, the levels go down and you feel empty. Like I said, deal with the feeling of it because it is what comes after just one line. Good luck!

there are definitely things you can do to help.
Take supplements:
Vitamin B- one that has high dosages of multiple types of B
5-HTP -helps brain heal
L-Tyrosine- same thing
Herbal relaxant with valerian root, if you get tense.
Valium can help if you can find a doc that will help with that.
Try to stock the house with healthy foods- lots of fruits, avocados, almonds, lean proteins. You may just crave ice cream, I know, but try to stay away from anything sugarry or high fat, etc. Your appetite will come back with a vengeance, so be pepared with healthy choices.
Get movies. Get time off work if you can.
Have someone on your side who comes over to clean up, and make you get up and shower and take a walk.
Although you are exhausted, the more you can take walks or do some form of movement, the less depressed you will get.
Wellbutrin.
Water.
Patience.
Love for yourself. You can do it.
