I got my tonsils out 5 months ago, I had major complications which ended up with me being taken back into hospital and being pumped with fluids, painkillers and something to clot bleeding. Anyway, five months on i still haven't regained half of the strength I had before. My muscle strength has gone, I can't pick up heavy things that i used to be able to, it's causing problems and I get tired so easily. Help?
