My little girl is 6 and after having her tonsils removed  8 days ago has hardly eaten.

every time she eats she crys that her ears hurt. She's losing weight and sadly she doesn't have any to lose.

im so worried as the pain doesn't seem to be getting better she's still up in the night 3 or 4 times. Please what can I do to help
