too many wet dreams

hi there, im a 16 year old male and at the height of puberty i masturbate 3 times a week but all of a sudden im having wet dreams like 4-5 times a week, this didnt use to happen it is also far easier to ejaculate through masturbation now i also experience a spontaneous ejaculation recently is there something wrong or is this just part of puberty
