%-) hello my name is robin and last year my tooth chipped the front and the left side but it is'nt noticeable.well i went to the dentis and the doctor say i need a rootcnell but every since then i have been sweating and been getting dizzy to. all i want to knoe is does that has any thing to do with my infection in my tooth?.

It is possible the infection could be responsible for the sweating and dizziness, but I really doubt it. The infection would have to be quite severe to cause those symptoms.
Your dentist (and hopefully you are having an endodontist do the procedure) should have put you on a course of antibiotics 2 weeks prior to the procedure to clear up any infections that may be present.
You may be suffering from anxiety over the procedure. I can assure you the procedure is actually quite painless. I had a root canal last month and there was no pain whatsoever.
