how can i treat mastitis after breast lift/implant surgery?

Please help. I think I have mastitis after getting breast implants. I have not nursed a baby and have no plans of nursing a baby. But for some reason I started lactating after my BA surgery and the areolas are showing symptoms of mastitis.
