Hello, I am 34 years old and I am having problems with my blood pressure due to my obesity problem. I know that cutting extra kilos off would greatly reduce my problem, but that is easier said than done. I am on a diet now, but I am having troubles with prehypertension. Can I treat it with aspirin?

Well, prehypertension is a clear warning that you have to do something about your health and if you cannot help yourself, no one will. This means that aspirin should help you reduce the blood pressure, especially if taken in the evening, but that is only a temporary solution. Reducing weight is a permanent one.

I am aware how hard it can be to lose weight and to restore some ideal looks but in your case it is essential that you do something because your health is in question.

I presume that this is one more diet which makes you even hungrier and which is probably not be successful. The better thing is to visit your nutritionist and try to make a good plan with him. After all if you definitely find out which foods is bad for your organism there is higher chance that you will avoid it. But adjusting nutrition only isn’t enough.

You need to start with any type of physical activity. Combination of this should be more than enough to improve your health issues.
