hello. having right trouble when trying to sleep, jumping at any small noise or click when its silent.
whats strange though is when it makes me jump i get a flash of light in my eyes and is very irritating and disturbing. only happens as im falling asleep in that dozy stage can any1 help on why this may be. thankyou

I've been having trouble sleeping too, and I also see flashes sometimes. I only see them when it's really late at night though, when I am really tired. Maybe it has something to do with tired eyes, hopefully nothing serious. I'm already near-sighted, so maybe that has something to do with it too.
You sound like you're scared of sleeping though. Try sleeping with a night light on though, see if that helps.
