At seemingly random times I experience incredibly sharp pains in the arch of either of my feet. My track spikes were a large cause of this because the pain seemed to hover around whenever I needed to put on my spikes at a track meet. It helps to massage them before I run and I rarely experience pain while I'm running. My biggest concern though is that occasionally I'll experience arch pain when I'm not doing anything. I can just be walking around my house and the bottom of my foot will start on fire. Is this an arch support problem? Any help?
