Hello I have been in the sign and lighting business since 1977. When we work on parking lot lights, alot of the time to outer jacket of a 1000w Metal Halide bulb is broken and the power is still on at time untill we can disconnect power. Over a period of time how much radiation have I been expossed too? I have places on my arms that lloks like it might be skin cancer. I have not had a doctor look at this to make a mediacl opion.
