Unbearable pain during sex,Even cant able to insert finger

Hello everyone,
I am 22 years gal and in a relation. My fiance is not of my city so we dont make love always.
we are good in love making and perform a good foreplay before sex. But after sex my vaginal opening get swell all time we have sex. let me tell you that we meet in gap of 6 months. we make love after 6 months of long gap, but the pain i get after sex is unbearable. we tried several jelly and cream but it didnt make any difference. once in my period we had sex and that time i dont such swelling my vaginal openings.now i am so afraid of having sex by thinking the swell of my vagina.
vagina lower part swell fully and even i cant insert my own finger in it. so we have to make love once only coz from the second day my vagina get swelled fully and even i dont allow him to touch it.

please help me i am suffering from a very sharp pain and mental pain coz i am not able to satisfy my fiance
