i have the following problems with my throat where it feel stiff and causing it to be uncomfortable and tense. my adams apples moves up and down more than often and this also cause my eyes to blinking uncontrollablly.

Sometimes i am slow to react and my physical motion and sense is loss.

also can this be related to any problem in the upper backbone or spinal cord?
