Hey guys. Some of you may just have gallbladder issues, acid reflux or whatever. But anything affecting the GI does not give you dizziness right then and there. And you will feel hungry BEFORE you feel the dizziness. It is caused by inability of the body to support, utilize or absorb the food that you eat. glucose is low in the blood, brain gets no glucose, brain complains that you are hungry, then the dizziness starts and perhaps nausea for those with hyperacidity for lack of food in the stomach.
But what we are talking about here is pretty normal daily activity, has eaten 2 hours ago, working, no hunger feeling and every normal activity we do then suddenly you feel like you have just drank a barrel of beer; the world is spinning and you want to vomit. In my case I sweat profusely before the ordeal. If this is the case, then there are a few I can think. I was a nursing student but wasn't able to finish college now worked at home online. Here is what I think it is:
if you smoke and have rhinitis, it may be because you have arteriosclerosis or similar:
decreased oxygen levels to the blood vessels from lesser lung functionality plus clogged nose may be the case.
arteriosclerosis on the other hand is a complication caused by smoking and cholesterol. a condition where the arteries clogged then hardens. Both condition leads to less food and oxygen to all the parts of the body including the brain. Check your fingertips if they are turning blue then this is the case.
If you stay out late at night frequently:
Staying out late at night past 2 oclock is bad. Your body can not repair the cells. around 1 or 2 oclock while you are sleeping is the start for the REM (random eye movement) which signals the start of the body to regenerate. In this case the number of your blood cells may not be properly replenished and you will be left with anemia. lesser red blood cells = lesser oxygen and food and oxygen to the parts of your body and brain. Again check your fingernails and make sure they are not cyanotic or bluish.
Another is sickle cell anemia and malaria which is an infection but will rarely happen to an average person and you will definitely have fever, so if you don't have fever, we can rule these out.
If you stay long hours emmersed to shifting lights
Shifiting lights may be through the TV, computer, room lights and the such. Shifting lights are the varrying lighting contrast between the sun and the lights in your room. If your rooms external lighting is very bright from the sun especially when you are directly facing the windows, it causes the iris of the eyes to contract a little. and because the computer light is not as bright as the sun's light, your iris will try to dilate. your eyes will then be stressed out with the constant activity or dilation and contraction and there, eventually you will have your dizziness and nausea. The eyes are heavy duty for this kind of excercise, so the dizziness, vertigo, headache and nausea usually results late in the evening or never at all. Disco lights will also cause this as well as improper room lighting. This is also the cause why you get motion sickness. traveling at fast speeds, constant movement and constant change in depth of field stresses your eyes so much and eventually you will feel this.
In my case, I have all of the above on bold letters so I actually don't know what this is for me. But I am hoping its with the last, by over-stressed eyes. I will have to go to the optician if I have to, to get my geek glasses. or else, its countdown time.

I have recently had similar symptoms and it is thought that I have gastritis; a stage before stomach ulcers. I started taking medicine and literally the day after things started to clear up. Otherwise you could have parasites in your intestines which causes a person to be dehydrated, therefore making a person feel dizzy. You can order parasite cleanses online, a few people in my family have done it and they say it works great! Hope this helps.

>>>>>>> I has similar issues and I started on a probiotic taken daily and most if not all issues have improved. I also started on an IBS medication and it helps too. Prolosec in conjunction with the other two meds seem to work well. A good over the counter probiotic is Align. You can buy it at Costco.

Years ago, I had many of the symptoms described in this this thread. Nausea, dizziness, weight loss, body aches, fatigue, etc. After seeing several doctors with no real diagnosis, I heard that someone I had visited a couple of months earlier had also been sick like me. I had gone to her house to look at some new puppies a couple of weeks before I started feeling bad. It turns out that she had been diagnosed with giardia (apparently by a smarter doctor than any I had visited) and received treatment that could probably have saved me several weeks of misery. Her doctor suspected the giardia was spread from the pups playing in contaminated water and us playing with the pups. I'm not suggesting that everyone who posted on this thread had this problem, but it's worth getting checked out if you're going to the doctor anyway. Good luck.

im only fifteen years old and i have been dealing with this for over 4 or 5 years. ive had so many tests done i cant even count them all. as a baby i was always lactose-intolerant and lately my symptoms are getting worse and im sick of it and just want to find out whats wrong. my symptoms are normally flu-like symptoms ( horrible nausea, diarrhea, fatigue, slight fever, stomach pains, gurgly noises from my stomach, loss of appetite, and dizziness ) i have been to so many doctors to find out whats wrong with me, and being this young, im starting to get worried. my parents always thought it was mind over mater, but lately that has been ruled out. i have had a biopsy, upper GI, tons of blood work, an ultrasound, tests for allergies, and of course a *hytascan. most of my symptoms led to my gall bladder, and with my mom having hers recently taken out and it being common in my family, i thought this was my problem. im so sick of this, and i just wish it would go away. it keeps getting worse and worse and i just want answers, but no one can seem to give them to me. all i ever want to do is sleep. i never feel like going to school or exercising because of this, and its honestly ruining my life. after finding out it was not my gull-bladder, i feel like my case is useless. my parents and family are very worried, and my next choice is going to boston children's hospital. im worried something is really wrong with me, but the doctors have told me its not something life-threatening, but can still be very serious. since i was lactose-intolerant as a baby, i thought i still was allergic to it, that or gluten, but of course my luck, im not. lately ive been running to the bathroom and staying up most of the night with the worse nausea ive ever felt in my life! the pain is horrible and always around my belly button. ive had a few attacks, screaming on the bathroom floor begging my mom to call 911. ive had sooo many trips to the E.R, but no one can seem to tell me what is going on. im worried this is something serious, and i dont want to continue living this way. i can barely get out of my bed, sleeping is what i mostly do. foods that bother me most are dairy, hotdogs, spicy or greasy foods, and fried foods. i barley eat anything but i drink a lot of water, Gatorade, and ginge-rale, so i stay hydrated. the last thing i want is to be repeating high school. im missing out on my life and i pray every night for answers. if you are having similar problems, i would definitely have an upper GI done, because this gives the doctors a good look at your insides to see if you have something seriously wrong with you. i am terrified of needles, but i get my blood taken a lot, just to get better, so if this is your case, try it out. another thing is a hytascan. it is very easy and if you dont get this done with symptoms that lead you thinking its your gull-bladder, it could erupt and could lead to serious consequences. i hope this gave you some advice. and remember, your not alone! if anyone has any ideas for me, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know! im only 15 and just want to get better.

Hello everybody. I have all these symtoms also. I have had them since i was 17 years old. and i am now almost 20. i feel nausious on/and off all day, everyday. and its always very hard for me to eat food without feeling like i am going to throw it up! ive never actually threw up from this, but i always think i am about to. It always feels like i have a burp stuck it my throat or something. And if I eat too much or too fast, i will feel really sick to where i just need to lay down. And if i don't eat for awhile, I will feel extremely nausious, dizzy, and light-headed, too where i feel like I am about to pass out! I always have gurgling noises in my stomach too, even if i dont eat very much! and it will feel like i just jumped on a trampoline after just eating, when really ive just been sitting there!
Its very frustrating when I am at work, and I dont get to eat right when I need to, because then i will feel so sick to where i can barely speak. I will also get unexplainable cramping in my stomach, just left of my belly button. Ive been to the doctors about it before, and he said i just have acid reflux, and he told me to take some medication, but it didnt work at all!
I also read in another post on here that it could be anemia, and it could cause pains in the wrist. and I have been having that lately!! i thought i was getting carpal tunnel or something; even though im kindof young for that. Ive been tested for ulcers and everything and nothing came up in the tests so im not sure.
I talked to a girl that had the same sypmtoms as me though and she said she has hypoglycemia. I havent talked to a doctor yet about if i could be hypoglycemic or not. but I need to, AND YOU NEED TO, because it can turn into diabetes later on in life! and it is also hereditary, so if anyone else in your family has the same syptoms, this could be it.
This is one of the most frustrating sicknesses ive ever heard of and experienced. And it feels like there is nothing you can ever do about it. And it keeps you from doing so many things, because you dont want to "feel sick". Trust me, I know:) I deal with it everyday. Im so used to it now, that I can be in so much pain and no one around me will even know because ive learned how to just get through it... and its NOT easy. I know this post probably wasnt much of a help. i just wanted to share, because everyone elses posts helped me realize im not the only one with the same issues!

I am 33 and have had 3 children. I started with these symptoms about 2 years ago. I have had my galbladder removed since they found gallstones in it. I still feel the dizziness, racing heartbeat, migraines so severe they are blinding, loose stool then constipation, nausea and vomiting. When I am nausious and vomiting, I have watery BM's and get so dehydrated that I have to go to the ER and get an IV to get anything in my body. That happens about 1-2 times every few months no matter if I eat a salad, fruit, veggies, or a hamburger. They gave me some anti-nausea meds and told me to take anti-acids. Doesnt matter what I do, I still get these feelings. I pray someone will find out whats wrong with all of us.

i am soon to turn 45, mother of 3. young adults/teenagers. I had my gallbladder removed 14 years ago. I too have been having these same symptoms for almost 3 years now....i am ready to go nuts. friends keep telling me it's menopause.. Dr.says i am not in it yet.. i feel like c**p and don't know why.i thought it was rich foods, spicy foods, acidic foods, etc... finally i gave up all corn products and raw vegetables thinking it was Diverticulitis...i was living on plain yogurt, plain chicken soup with noodles and well cooled carrots, Puddings (with cane sugar, not corn syrup or and type of fructose) and i am feeling a whole lot better, so i start adding foods back in a bit at a time and it comes right back as soon as i start eating processed foods and the corn products. so those are out for me... this is so frustrating. i do strongly believe it is related to GMO foods. The problem is, you don't know you are eating a GMO product. there is no labeling required for them....

So did anyone ever figure out what was wrong with them, because i seem to have the exact same thing?
